Su inspiración fue su bistro preferido en NYC con ladrillos y una decoración industrial. Ideamos un tasting bar donde se preparaba la comida estilo fusión al momento. El es jamaiquino y ella dominicana, por lo que hicimos una competencia de rones entre ambos países y una hora loca estilo batalla entre los estilo de baile de cada cultura. |
Working with Novella was the best decision we made! A decision that almost wasn't made. Being originally from the DR and living in the U.S., I feel I had a bit more access to information and the ways of the land back home. One thing about the DR is the everyone claims to be something that they are actually not. After experiencing a friend's wedding and the poor service she got from a " so-called" wedding planner, we decided we couldn't make the mistake of going with anyone else other than Novella. They have the years of experience, they know the best venues, the best vendors and have great negotiation skills. But what most impressed me and my now husband, was the human touch and understanding the team brings into the process. |
